What this guy didn't say was that this was a Pre-planned exercise...It had been in the works for a long time...He and his crew intentionally went through this area and then snapped the photos as is "Something is Happening", "The Sky is Falling".....

This guy is a HUGE Spin Doctor type who see's conspiracy at every turn...IMO
