Honestly the guy is just too much hassle, constantly flaming, useless posts etc... but in terms of a specific reason:

Using signature to flame:

I thought I could beat America home of the free but I got pawned. Now look at me!

After I had only just recently told him:

Just so you know - you will be banned permanently next time you make a post with your signature, which is obvious flaming...

To which he said:

Thanks for the warning asswipe. I will change it right now just for you you fucking dick head.
