i recall that the nazi's didnt build a wall around any city.....
only wall i know of was built after WWII in berlin....
but had nothing to do with the jewish people....

someone wants you dead you have to protect yourself through whatever means possible....
their would be no wall and created ghetto if there were not threats on isreal's well being....
therefore threats = wall
deal with it

WARSAW 1939 the Germans build a wall all around the Jewish Ghetto and cut all food supply. The wall even looks like the same wall in Israel.

strange you should mention the movie *the Pianist * just watched that last night, and yes the nazi did build a wall around the Ghetto, and yes that little boy got stomped to death trying to crawl through the hole in the wall

well according to the film some of the ghetto children used to crawl back and forth through the wall using holes that had been knocked in the bottom of the walls in that scene in the film the child had got stuck halfway and the people on the other side kicked his lower body to bits before the guy in the film managed to drag him through the hole in the wall, could well be true, we just dont know, * just goes to show how really evil people can be*
